Frequently Asked Questions

What time will my dog have play time each day?

Play time will depend on staffing, weather, and available dogs.

Do you provide outdoor play areas?

Yes, in addition to our state of the art boarding facility, we have two fenced in play yards. Dogs are brought to the yard straight from their kennel (with no chance to escape).

Do you turn dogs away based on their breed?

It is not our policy to turn away dogs based on their breed. We welcome all dogs based on their ability to pass the Paws for Play Evaluation.

Do dogs ever get hurt?

Similar to children on a playground, it is possible for dogs to sustain minor injuries while playing with other dogs. Scratches, nicks or cuts may be common. More serious injuries are very rare and our staff are trained to handle all dog behavior. If serious treatment is needed, certain medical procedures may be administered and owners will be contacted immediately.

I have a smaller dog. Is it safe for my small dog?

Play time will be based on the size of the dog. We have two separate yards to keep dogs of larger sizes separated from smaller dogs.

How do I sign up?

You can let the Receptionist know when you drop your dog off to be boarded or you can call 706-678-2929 in advance.

My dog didn’t pass the Paws for Play Evaluation or I don’t think group play is right for my dog but I still want him/her to get extra exercise while I’m away. What can I do?

If you want extra time for your pup while you are gone, call us in advance and we can make arrangements. Prices may vary.
